 TRIP FROM VISAKHAPATNAM TO SRISAILAM

Transportation:

From Vizag u can travel to markapur by various Trains 

On second friday night at 11pm we have train from vsp-markapur it will reach by 8:40Am on saturday.

from Markapur Road (rly station) we can get share auto to Markapuram Town Bus stand.

we have frequent buses from markapuram to srisailam.

it will take minimum of 3 hours of journey( including halt Breakfast).

by 12pm we can reach srisailam.

Return transportation :

we can come to markapur / vijayawada by bus. 

Fares:

Train fare is around rs.1200 from vskp-markapur(3AC)

local auto to Markapur road(Rly Station) to Markapur bus station (9KMS)

Bus fare from markapur to srisailam is Rs.195 RTC

Accomodation:

In srisailam various satrams available based on community wise/caste wise

for brahmins Karivena satram which is located near to bus stand (300Metres)

we can get rooms and dormitory also.

Places to visit:

1.Sakshi Ganapathi
2.hatkeshwar
3.paladhara-pancha dhara
4.Lalitha Peetam and Srisaila sikaram 
5.Pathala Ganga (ropeway(rs.80)/boat ride(rs.80))

Note: 
for AKKA MAHADEVI CAVES 

we have to reach pathala ganga near by counter and by 6am they will release only 50 tickets.

for ista kameswari devi temple

we have to reach near by sikaram counter by 4am in the morning they will issue only 104 tickets per day.
